A Mexican twist on an American classic.  We hand make and grill a 6 oz hamburger patty then wrap

 it in a large homemade flour tortilla with cheese, pico de gallo and lettuce.  Served with

seasoned fries.  (We hand make our hamburgers, they may take a little time.)
